C.N.C: Turret Punch Departments
Our factory possesses the finest C.N.C punching machines, from Amada, Japan, which allow us to produce various high quality electric enclosure products. The Punching process is performed by moving the sheet of metal between the top and bottom tools of a punch, then cutting the desired shape from the sheet. The planning process allows no errors and demands the outmost precision, or else the eventual enclosure would not stand against the scutiny. A punch is less flexible than a laser for cutting compound shapes, but faster for repetitive shapes, therefore, we in Zivud Hatzafon aim to fit the proper tool according to our aim, in order to to save time and miminize costs.
