Electrostatic powder: The enclosure being painted is charged oppositely, or grounded. The paint is then attracted to the object giving a more even coat than wet spray painting. The electrostatic method also means that paint covers hard to reach areas. The whole is then baked to properly attach paint, eventually reaching a state of coating with a Tough, mar-resistant finish, reinforced for improved durability with Superior high quality finish
Spray paint: The part is sprayed with wet paint using a spray gun.The process consists of first an application of primers and adhesive bases making the part ready for the top coat layer. Splatter is applied optionally
Two Pack Polyurethane Topcoat (Low Gloss/ Spatter or fine Finish)
A high quality, two pack, air drying polyurethane which may be applied to produce a spatter, texture or, applied conventionally, to give a smooth result in a choice of low gloss finishes. It has excellent hardness and resistance to mechanical damage. It also has a high level of resistance to water and a wide variety of chemicals, good chemical resistance and minimizes unwanted light reflection, Ideal for computer housings, electronic consuls and Instrument panels. Our service also includes masking and unmasking
